LiveStreamsHUB ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our web application, LiveStreamsHUB (the "Service").

  • Information You Provide Directly:
    • Account Data: When you register or manage an account, we collect your username, email address, and hashed password.
    • Payment Data: When you subscribe to a package, we collect transaction-related information such as merchant order ID, package ID, package name, price, subscription type, and payment status. Sensitive payment details (e.g., credit card numbers) are processed directly by the payment gateway (Duitku) and not stored on our servers.
  • Information We Collect Through Google/YouTube API:
    • When you connect your YouTube account to our Service via Google OAuth, we access and store certain information from your Google/YouTube account with your consent:
    • Google Profile Information: Your Google account email address and YouTube channel name.
    • YouTube Channel ID: Your unique YouTube channel ID.
    • Channel Thumbnail URL: The profile image URL of your YouTube channel.
    • Refresh Token: We store an encrypted offline access token that allows us to request new YouTube access tokens on your behalf without requiring re-authorization each time you use our Service.
  • Information We Collect from Your Use of the Service:
    • Video Data: Metadata of videos you upload, including original filename, stored filename, MIME type, size, and storage location. The video content itself is stored on our servers.
    • Thumbnail Data: Metadata of thumbnails you upload, including filename, original name, MIME type, size, and storage location.
    • Live Stream Task Data: Information about live stream tasks you create, including title, stream key, task mode, linked YouTube channel ID, YouTube title/description/privacy status, thumbnail ID, schedule type, start/stop time, recurring days, recurring time, duration, task status, and FFmpeg PID if active.
    • Usage and Quota Data: Information about the storage quota you use and your subscription quota limits (live tasks, storage).
    • Technical and Log Data: Information about your interactions with the Service, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We log HTTP requests.

2. Relationship with YouTube API Services

To provide streaming functionality, our Service uses YouTube API Services. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that you are also bound by the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Revoking Access and Data Deletion

You can revoke our Service’s access to your Google data at any time through the Google Security Settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

Once access is revoked, we will no longer be able to access data from your YouTube account. To request deletion of YouTube-related data we have stored (such as channel connection tokens), you can disconnect the channel from your profile page within our application or contact us via email.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes:

  • Providing and Managing the Service: To enable you to create an account, upload videos and thumbnails, create and schedule live stream tasks, and manage your subscription.
  • Integrating with YouTube: To interact with the YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Live Streaming API in order to:
    • Create new live broadcasts on your YouTube channel.
    • Set stream keys and RTMP URLs for your broadcast.
    • Set the title, description, and privacy status of your broadcast on YouTube.
    • Upload and assign custom thumbnail images to your live streams.
    • Retrieve your YouTube channel information to display on your profile.
  • Account and Subscription Management: To verify your identity, manage account status (active, suspended, expired), and manage active subscriptions, live task quotas, and storage quotas.
  • Communicating with You: To send account verification emails, password reset notifications, subscription status updates, and other important messages.
  • Service Improvement: To analyze usage trends, monitor and analyze Service performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Security: To protect against fraud, unauthorized activity, and security breaches.

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share the information we collect about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

  • By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal processes, investigate or remedy potential policy violations, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by law, rule, or regulation.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing (e.g., Duitku), data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance.
  • With Google/YouTube: Certain information (such as video data, task titles, descriptions, channel IDs, thumbnail IDs) is sent to Google/YouTube APIs as necessary to provide the requested live streaming functionality. Our use of data received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • Affiliates: We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.
  • Business Transfers: If we reorganize or sell all or part of our assets, undergo a merger, or are acquired by another entity, we may transfer your information to the successor entity.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may store, access, or collect information directly or indirectly from your device. This may include placing, accessing, or recognizing cookies or similar technologies on your device or browser for functional purposes, such as keeping your login session active. Third parties whose services we use may also do the same. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

We store your passwords in hashed form and never store your third-party platform stream keys or access tokens in plain text after initial authentication when possible; we strive to encrypt them when stored.

We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements and policies.

User Content (videos) will be stored according to your subscription plan and will be deleted in accordance with our Terms and Conditions if the subscription ends or the account is terminated.

  • Right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate or complete information you believe is incomplete.
