LiveStreamsHub Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to LiveStreamsHub! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website (www.livestreamshub.com and related subdomains), applications, and content (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • "Service" refers to the LiveStreamsHub platform that enables users to stream videos to YouTube automatically and on schedule.
  • "User", "You" refers to the individual or entity using our Service.
  • "We", "Us" refers to LiveStreamsHub.
  • "User Content" refers to all videos, data, information, or other materials that you upload, submit, or provide through the Service.

2. User Account

Important Note: By using our Service to stream to YouTube, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

  • Upload User Content that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by uploading User Content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes such as encoding), and transmit your User Content as necessary to provide the Service to you.

We are not responsible for User Content and have no obligation to screen or monitor User Content. However, we reserve the right to remove any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Payment and Subscription

Some features of the Service may require payment of a subscription fee. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Termination

LIVESTREAMSHUB EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIVESTREAMSHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (iii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, EVEN IF LIVESTREAMSHUB HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
